“Debbie organised a fantastic bucket list holiday for us to Kenya. The safari lodges we stayed in were excellent, our tour guide was superb and the beach hotel, for a week of relaxation had everything we needed. The effort and coordination that went into the New Year's celebrations was impressive. We all had a brilliant time and would recommend Debbie who is deserving of her 5 stars.”

“We couldn’t rate Debbie highly enough. Lapland was a real once in a lifetime trip for us and it surpassed all of our expectations a lot of which was down to Debbie. Everything was superb from the minute we got to the airport to the minute we arrived home. We had all the information we needed and everything was planned for us. The recommendation of Santas Lapland and our hotel was spot on. Thank you so much.”

“Amazing from start to finish – fabulous holiday recommendation and Debbie has been on hand every step of the way listening to my rambling voice notes! Booking a holiday where you could easily spend £10,000 is like a full-time job and it needs to be done properly so would always suggest seeking an independent advisor from now on – and that person would be Debbie !”

“Our two week holiday to Orlando was booked through Debbie this year. Having travelled there previously, I had an idea of what we wanted, but due to other commitments, and recommendation of Debbie from others, thought we'd outsource most the admin/overheads (flights, accommodation, theme park tickets, car hires, shows etc) that come with a typical trip to Orlando. And some fresh ideas. We promptly received quotes, which were surprisingly competitive… was expecting to pay a premium for a tailored travel service. What with factoring all the leg work being done (avoided by us), I went ahead and booked. Before leaving we received some nice personal extra's too :) IMO a sign of good service/company is how they deal with things that don't go according to plan. I encountered issues when trying to pre-select seats on our flight. I was happy to contact and sort directly with the airline, but after giving Debbie a headsup, she immediately contacted them directly and resolved the issue. Finally, there was a problem with our hotel payment upon arrival. They advised we owed extra, on top of the expected resort fee. I contacted Debbie and advised the situation. Even though it was a Sunday, and I didn't expect immediate action, she looked into and escalated the issue, before confirming everything clear her side and it appears likely to be an admin issue at the hotel end. I approached the management team at the hotel, who confirmed this was case and the fee was waivered. I'd certainly recommend and use Debbie again, as she has proven to be knowlegable, resourceful (don’t think typical Orlando type trip is her background), diligent and conscientious. Along with being a personable and pleasant person to deal with :)”

“Debbie offered a professional, outstanding level of service from beginning to end and ensured we were looked after throughout. Our daughter even left her much-loved teddy bear in the hotel and Debbie ensured it came home back to her, delaing with the situation on a saturday evening outisde of working hours. Debbie is a real find and asset to the company. You will be in very safe hands. Get booking today!”
